    My husband and I have never had Laotian food before but came here hearing that the food is very authentic.

    We tried the beef jerky, egg rolls, chicken wings, and lad nah--everything was amazingly delicious!!! I hands down recommend the lad nah, and I think Lao Kitchen serves the best chicken wings in Rockford. We will definitely be visiting again. Also, service was amazing!

    Excellent food, wait staff is friendly and the owners came out to talk and even let us sample some of the Lao spicy and sweet sausage. Larb is very good but only order it spicy if you REALLY like things spicy. It was a little too hot for my taste, but had great flavor. Prices are a bit high, otherwise they’d be getting five stars. I’ll probably be back in the future.

    Brought home a delicious feast from here. Had the pork egg rolls, crab Rangoon, Sai oua Lao (Laotian sausage), beef lad nah and papaya salad. Everything was so fresh and wonderful. The sausage was so tasty, and we had leftovers to eat for breakfast. Papaya salad was so flavorful. Best egg rolls. Can't wait to go back and try everything else!!
