P.F. Chang's

Fantastic Asian food at a decent sit down price, all with a unique atmosphere. Plates are served family style and I highly recommend sharing so you can try as much as possible. Their ginger beer is also top notch.

This was our first time at PF Chang's in Fort Wayne. We were first seated in the bar area but requested to move because the freezing cold air blowing on us. They were able to accommodate our seating change easily. Our waitress was friendly and knowledgeable of the menu items. The food came out hot and we both enjoyed what we had ordered. The biggest complaint was that the dinner plates were not clean. One of them felt gritty and the bottom had food stuck to it. Thankfully we noticed before our food was brought out. Our waitress brought a clean plate and wiped the table again. That a dirty plate would be brought to a table to be used is completely unacceptable.

My first time in P.F. Chang's and I was impressed. We went i an hour before closing on a Monday. There were few diners but everyone of the staff was busy and high-energy. The manager was hands-on helping the crew, which I always like to see.

My wife and I had various versions of fried rice. LOTS of shrimp in mine and abundant shrimp, pork, beef, and chicken in my wife's. It was not the best fried rice I have ever eaten but it was great and the best I have found in the U.S.

Nice atmosphere, though it is huge and I'm not sure it would be as nice if it was full of people. Service was more than adequate, and the prices very reasonable. We will return.

I was pleasantly surprised with our visit today! After seeing some of the one star reviews, I was prepared to have a mediocre experience but we had a gift card and wanted to give this location a try since we like going to PF Chang's while in Indianapolis. Our server went above and beyond with us and especially with our picky 7 year old son! There was NO long wait for drinks, appetizer or our main dishes! Our server realized our son really liked the white crispy things that come with the lettuce wrap appetizer and surprised him with a bowl full of them! Towards the end, our server was helping us box up our leftovers and accidentally dropped one of the boxes spilling the chicken. I told her it was completely fine, an understandable accident. She apologized and had a fresh batch of the chicken made to go for us. I told her she didn't have to do that but she felt it was the right thing to do, and it was very much appreciated. I wish I remembered her name so I could give her a shout-out for her outstanding service! On top of having an awesome server, our food was delicious too!
