Portillo's Hot Dogs

Portillo's was ok. The people were friendly and helpful. The food quality and taste was good but not noteworthy. The prices were higher than I was expecting, a little too high for what you get. The decor was nice retro 50s but seemed like it tried a little too hard and so fell slightly flat. My wife called it modern retro. Bonus points for the revolving door though, but there is a non-revolving option if you don't like that. My sandwich was flat like it had been squished, but my wife's came in a box and was normal. All in all, it was fine but a bit too pricey.

First time here so was a little different than most fast food places. It’s not your typical fast food joint and I love that. My burger was awesome but the fries I didn’t care for but not bad. I will definitely go back. It’s clean and I love the decor. Fun place

New restaurant in the fort Wayne area by the mall. Fun atmosphere and workers calling up orders in a unique and fun manner! Char broiled burgers were very good and the staff were very polite and professional. Sides were really good, especially the crinkle cut fries! They have a great polish sausage as well! Prices were mid range in my opinion. Overall, this was a very pleasant experience and a good meal with the kids. Oh yeah, famous chocolate cake for dessert! Check it out!

Excellent food quality and service at Fort Wayne's new Portillo's, just like every other Portillo's I've been to. This one has the restrooms in the back, no Italian section, and no party room. But every Portillo's is different, and it's probably best to focus on the hot dogs, sandwiches and sides for your first store in a new town. I had the tuna sandwich and onion rings, and both were phenomenal (as expected!) It's nice to have a Portillo's even closer to my home in Toledo. Please build one here next!

Excellent food and atmosphere! My wife and I split 2 dogs and a beef sandwich. Both came with fries and a drink and of course we had to order their chocolate cake which was fairly good. Would recommend the hot dog over the beef sandwich in my opinion. Was packed but the food came out relatively fast! Definitely go check it out!
