Fort Wayne's Famous Coney Island

It is a family-owned and oriented company with great service and staff. I give thanks to Jimmy he's a good guy and a great manager . I worked with him in other places in the past. He's still treating people great. Knows how to manage his staff and take care of all of his customers and he's a very friendly guy.. A dozen hot dogs with cheese only $23 plus please leave a tip even if it's carry out . The staff works hard and fast and get you what you need. Always awesome fast Quick Service even when it's really busy you only wait 5 10 minutes for your order once your orders in even in peak hours thanks Jimmy.......

I live in Indianapolis and this place is a MUST when i visit. I crave this place. The atmosphere is old school diner and the staff are mesmerizing to watch. They dont write anything down and are quick to take and get you your order. I have been going here since I was a child and have never had a bad experience. The one star reviews are nonsense - probably people having a bad day to be honest. They also have very interesting decor that you can check out while waiting for your food (even though the wait is mere minutes)

Truly an icon in in downtown Fort Wayne. It has been in operation for so many years that now generations of families have eaten here. It is a throwback to the 30s and 40s. Do not expect anything other than a hot dog stand atmosphere or decor. The wait staff is incredible and how they can remember orders for multiple people at each table without writing anything down. If Nostalgia is your thing you have to go here for the best Coney dogs in hundreds miles.

The food is always delicious and quick. it doesn't have much seating, so you might have to wait a little bit to sit but you won't have to wait long. Try the beans, they're very good. Also, are you supposed to go through the back anymore? We still do, but I'm not sure if you're supposed to do that...

Nestled away in the heart of Fort Wayne Indiana sits a notoriously well known family Coney Island hot dog establishment. . Established in 1916 , and still going strong. Still serving those steamed fresh hot dogs and coney's famous coney sauce, and warm buns. Serving it with a old fashion bottles. The interior is still the same as it was in 1916, old style counter top seating, and old tables along the wall. If you're looking for a friendly atmosphere and friendliness this is the place to go.
