My beef was very tender. Salmon was good, but both a bit salty for me. Oysters on the half she'll were large and delicious! Coconut cream pie was runny and lumpy. Strawberry shortcake was great. Crab legs large and tasty but slightly over cooked. Meal was overpriced. Service was rather slow.
A trip here is never disappointing. You're going to be hard pressed to find a better spot. Great food and great staff!
Positively phenomenal. The wait staff was prompt and humorous. The food was perfectly prepared and served. Finally, the mimosas were the finest my wife has ever had.
My boyfriend and I decided to try Eddie Merlot's for my birthday this year. The staff was incredible sweet and had a card signed for me upon arrival. The Ahi Tuna Poke* was by far the best poke* I have ever had. The sesame chips really brought out and incredible flavor. I had the Waldorf salad, which was great. We both chose the 12oz New York Strip Steak and asparagus. I am not much of a steak person, I gravitate more towards seafood. Ladies, and Gents... this was hands down the best steak I have ever had in my entire life. They clearly know what they are doing here. Being that it was my birthday we had a Peanut Butter cup desert to go. The staff was great and down to earth, the drinks did not disappoint. If you are looking for a cheap date, this is not the place. You get what you pay for. It was amazing, and we will be back soon.
Just Wow! First time there but not my last.
Portions were perfect; not too big and not too small. The Prime beef was melt-in-your-mouth tender and perfectly cooked. The seafood was not overcooked, which is rare in this part of the world. I could survive forever on the French onion soup but should have only ordered a cup. Atmosphere was appropriate and the service sterling. Our server earned her larger than standard tip. We were allowed to taste unfamiliar wines before ordering. The prices were higher than your average cafe but entirely in line.
I love it when atmosphere, food, service, and price all come together.
