Delicious brew-pub in the heart of downtown Fort Wayne!

Really enjoyed my time here at this location. They had a large selection of craft and local beer. The food was really tasty and the atmosphere was pretty laidback. There’s plenty of indoor seating for small and medium sized groups, plus there’s a significant amount of outdoor seating which makes this place ideal for summer nights. I plan on going back for sure next time I pass through Fort Wayne.

Astounding bartender! !! I haven’t been here for at least 6 months —- I live in Florida and summer in Fort Wayne. When I walked in and sat at the bar Taylor said “Prosecco, right?” I’m no celebrity and have always been fairly quiet on the occasions I would pop in here for a quick champagne on my way back to our apartment..... so there is no reason I would stand out. Taylor really takes her job of customer service to a new level!! Hoppy Gnome is definitely on our Must Do in Fort Wayne list. Thanks Taylor!!

Great Tacos! Vegan options available and perfect place to have a beer, catch some sports, and have some food. Staff is super friendly and knowledgeable of menu. Everything is made in house so they are super accommodating to all food allegories/ sensitivities.

Both my date and I love brisket, and were not fans of the brisket taco. In fact we didn't even finish that one. Otherwise a good first time experience. Corn tortillas were on point and fanfreakingtastic!!! To be fair the bartender did offer to replace the brisket taco - great service.

Update: manager reached out to me after the review and sent a gift card to try again. Bravo! Again...exceptional service! Thank you for offering service that is out of the ordinary, even spectacular!

The tacos are amazing, the beer delicious, and the desserts are spot on. This was my first time visiting and the next time I am in town I will certainly be back. The staff took great care of me and even offered up suggestions for other places I could visit while I was in town but after having this food I didn't want to try anywhere else. Thank you Hoppy Gnome staff for making me feel so welcome and making the experience the best! I wish I had taken more pictures but I demolished my tacos before I could think to take a picture.
