“Best pizza parlor!! I used to go to state and wells until i found out there was one closer. To my surprise the pizza was just as good if not better. My toppings were all the way to the edge unlike state and wells and the crust was much crispier. I will definitely be returning to this location. It’s much smaller and has a more intimate atmosphere. This location is easiest to get to if you're heading south on Coldwater because of the concrete median. Be creative with your route and you'll succeed. “* update* I did receive a call from the manager who apologized for the mix up and miscommunication. I appreciate their efforts to make things right. Shows good customer service! Thank you! I ordered for pick up for one pizza. When I arrived the door to the place was open, I get it pizza places might be hot and they needed some cool air going through, it was 41 degrees outside so I’m sure it helped. However what else was cool was my pizza. I don’t normally order pizza and Marcos is my favorite so I was very excited. I saw on the app that my order was ready and went to go pick it up. I paid for it and stood there for 10 minutes waiting for what I thought was my pizza and was asked if I had been helped yet and said I thought I was waiting for my pizza. The second time (after someone else came in to get theirs) I was asked I said I was still waiting for my pizza and the app said it was done. My pizza was cold when I had a bite of it in the car. Very disappointed that I was not even offered an apology for the wait when it had obviously been done and ready the whole time I was there.”

“Such a huge amount of meat on the #17 Jersey Mikes Famous Philly Cheese Steak. My husband and I share the giant sandwich. It's hot, flavorful and just a super good sandwich. Tables seem clean, service has been prompt and friendly. Price seems high compared to Subway footlongs but when you see how much meat you get, you understand the price difference. Really like Jersey Mikes!”

If you forgo appetizers, their appetizers are pricey, you will get rate of Apple Bees but I am telling you flavor is great. The other standout was the service, it was excellent. I have travelled and lived in different areas around the US and some other countries and our waitress Victoria M was hands down THE best server we have ever had anywhere. Alert was accurate. I showed up and food was hot and ready. I paid and left. No issues I got everything I ordered. Customer service was nice and quick. I will say though if you're going to order online make sure you read the instructions. I almost signed up for their email subscription which isn't something I want right now. When you see their commercials they invariably demonstrate a busy, yet efficient staff serving up delicious Taco Bell specialties in a spotlessly clean, inviting environment. Well, I'm here to tell you that this fantasy is played out for real, every day, at this location. I honestly have no idea how with the same general staff turnover that all fast food restaurants experience on a yearly basis, this location consistently hires outstanding staff and trains them to the same standard of excellence.
