Wendy's

I use drive thru only at this location for convenience enroute to and from work.Good food and friendly service. Check mail for coupons to save , they gladly accept them.

The food was fine but the service struggled. We weren't given all of our food even when I asked if we had been given everything at the drive-through window. It also took quite a while to get our food.
That being said, it seemed like part of the issue could have been a combination of new staff members and possibly an issue with the organization/structure of the employees stations: the one cashier was running all over the place while the person who manages the cooking station for chicken/buns/etc was mostly rooted to her spot.
In spite of the busyness, everyone was friendly and apologetic when I went inside to get the rest of our order.

Today was the best service I have gotten from Wendy's in year's. One of the reasons why my family stop coming was it took forever and we never got the right order. My family has always loved Wendy. So Wendy's if you keep this up we will be back alot more . Thanks for all your hard work keep it up .
