    This could've been a disaster. I waited more than 5 minutes for my order to be taken and I thought all might be lost but Kathryn came to my rescue...took my order and got me a hot fudge milkshake...no bananas. She turned it around quickly and apologized for the delay. Thanks Kathryn!
