“I have been to Parnelli's a couple of times since they opened their doors. The quality of food and the level of service has been consistent each time I visited. The Italian Beef, garlic fries, and baklava stand out as items I would recommend. The tastes are fantastic and the prices are reasonable for a quick bite on the run. I would suggest asking that the fries be a little crispier though. The absence of a soda fountain was a surprise, but one that I understand. Fountains are a hassle to keep clean and maintain. Given their staffing shortages, it is best to avoid adding this task for the time being. Speaking of staffing, right now (02/2020) the location is closed on Sundays due to being short-staffed. It is a better option than over-stretching the staff, but it does limit the ability to reach the entire weekend crowd. Overall I I recommend a visit for a quick and casual bite. The people are friendly and the food is delicious. Jeffersonville needs more places to eat that are not chain restaurants and hopefully, this one will stick around.”

It was a large portion and tasted great. The syrup is served HOT! which is nice touch. (There is nothing worse than pouring ice cold syrup on hot food.) I am going back today.”

“This place has really risen in the last year or so. When I go into any location, I like to see familiar faces it allows me to feel more comfortable. I have a few favorite attendants here that I always hope are in the store when I get there. The place has gotten so much cleaner and the place stays stocked for what I always want or need. I haven't given up on Thorntons yet, I'll see ya again tomorrow before work.”

“Had lunch there today. Didn’t realize that they opened at 11:30 and we were there at 11. Sat us down and let is order anyway. Very friendly. Big lunch crowd at noon so that may change your plans just a bit. Had the Fajita quesadilla and it was great. So big I had to bring home half. Will be back!!!”
