“The staff was all welcoming and friendly!! Pizza was delicious and you can taste the use of all fresh ingredients. My favorite pizza was the Margherita. True pizza aficionados know the importance of a slightly charred, slightly crispy crust with the perfect amount of chew. Can you say nailed it? Emphatically Yes! I live in the Detroit area and this pizza goes toe to toe with the best authentic pizza in the city. My new favorite place to stop on my drive through the area. Worth the short mile drive off of I-69 you won’t find a better option in the area.”

“There were 5 of us in our party and we didn't realize that they were closing at 8pm. It was around 7:50 when we arrived. They were kind enough to let us stay as long as we wanted. My tenderloin was delicious! Some of the ice cream though tasted like freezer burn. They gave some other flavor as a substitute. The young girl who waited on us needed to have an attitude adjustment though. She was not too friendly. Maybe it was because they were about to close and she had a long day?? Anyway because of my sandwich I will return.”

I have tried several selection off the menu and I am always surprised at the portion size and taste. I've enjoyed everything I've ordered so far. “First time going there tonight. Service was great, food was fantastic. We both ordered the filet, both medium rare. Came out perfectly cooked. Appetizer of jumbo shrimp cocktail was great as well. Finished off with dessert of salted caramel pistachio cheesecake and peanut butter pie. Well worth the drive and we will definitely be returning!”

“The food is homemade and fabulous. They have an incredibly diversified menu going from German to Italian to burgers to breakfast all day. It is very unpretentious and wonderfully clean. Our server was marvelous. She explained the German dishes beautifully. You can make numerous trips and never have the same thing twice. This place is a keeper!”
