Mad Anthony Taproom

The outstanding fun and Personable staff keeps us returning. We have met a lot of super people at the bar rail from near and far, some have became long term friends. The food is always good and comforting, especially when made by cooks and prep cook that you know! NOW more craft beers to taste at Auburn location makes it super FUN!

Restaurant has been recently renovated. Looks great. Had pizza was also really good. Didn't get to try all the beers I want gonna have to go back.

We had a group of eight adults and two children, one at age 8 months and the other six months. The service was impeccable (Sarah was our server), and the food delicious. The drinks were excellent and satisfying, and I have no hesitation to recommend Mad Anthony's Taproom for any potential client.

This was our second time at Auburn Mad Anthony's. The first time we went it was on a weekend at around 2pm and this time it was on Friday night at 7 pm. I could tell a difference in the care taken to prepare the food during the more busy time. I ordered the same thing both times, grouper. The first time they took the time to make sure it was properly blackened, but this time it just wasn't as good. My husband had beer battered cod. We weren't impressed. It was overcooked and the breading isn't as good as other places (Twin Six in Wolcottville has excellent beer battered). The drinks were excellent, dessert was tasty, and the service was top notch. I will go back again during less busy hours.
