I was actually surprised of the cleanliness. The bathroom was clean, I saw staff cleaning tables often. The staff was nice. We enjoyed ourselves. I know the kids did too.

I was worried about the new pay for time to play instead at getting tokens but I've fears are unfounded. This is a great thing plus being allowed to pause the time so eating is possible then back to playing is a home run. Good job. And the pizza is still one of the best out there.

If you need to read a review of Chucky cheeses then you need to go right now drop what you're doing collect some money and go it doesn't matter if you have kids it doesn't matter what you look like they won't judge you so stop what you're doing and get there as fast as you can enjoy as long as you can eat as much pizza as you can it is an amazing time whether you are single a couple a family go have fun!

The service was actually really good. We booked a party for my son and we had our own dedicated assistant who helped serve pizza, light the candles, pick up the wrapping paper, and corral the kids back to the table for activities. Her name was Allie and she was great! The loss of stars is due to the overall environment; way too crowded, not very clean, mediocre pizza, and several out-of-order games. But my son had a blast and we will be back.
