Big C's BBQ

Big C's BBQ is amazing! The pulled pork tacos are SOOO crazy good! (So are the ribs, and the brisket!) And then to top it all off, the owners and the staff are always smiling and very friendly.

Got to try Goshen’s new BBQ! Found the menu on Facebook, tried to call in twice but only answering machine. Our stomachs were set on having bbq. Drove to town and ordered pound of pulled pork, pound of ribs, coleslaw, Mac and cheese. Ran next door as it was going to be 15 minutes. Picked up and it was a hard drive back home with all the food smells. Four of us ate our fill and there was around half left. We did get order of pulled pork tacos since we seen someone else get them when going up to order. Look forward to trying the sausage and wings in the future.

This was my first experience at Big C’s BBQ and it was amazing. I just had the brisket sandwich because I had to eat on the go and it was the best tasting brisket. The young lady that took my order was very friendly, the seating area was very tidy. Definitely will be going back there often.

A good Ole BBQ place in Northern Indiana. Not many places around like this that serves some old fashion BBQ flavors. The sauce is a wonderful mix of tangy and sweet with a small kick.
The best meat on the menu are the ribs, hands down. Get the three meat and two sides and order all ribs, it's worth it!
The sausage is a little different in flavor notes but has a good kick to it. The almost anise flavor is a tad darker than a traditional smoked sausage but it adds a signature flavor for the place. Certainly a unique smoked sausage, but very delicious.
The pulled pork and brisket were average. The smoke flavor was good but the overall flavor and moisture were lacking. A good fix though if you're craving brisket and don't want to labor over it yourself for 13 hours.
Overall experience was great for the whole family. Very family friendly environment. Worth a try.

Great food, super friendly staff! Can't wait to come back! The portions are good and the pricing is extremely fair. They had all of their options available and even brought us out some (off menu) burnt ends to sample! They were fantastic! Please put these on the menu, my wife and I already want more!

Thanks guys! It made our night to stumble into perhaps the best BBQ joint in the county!
