If I could give more stars I would. I wish I would have caught our waitresses name but we visited on 5/26 and she was absolutely wonderful. I have a gluten allergy and her and the kitchen staff went above and beyond to help keep me safe. They brought out ingredients for me to check before they made my food, she was asking me questions, and was extremely understanding. Her attitude of "I don't know but I'll find out" is extremely rare in this area and I cannot say how much I appreciate that. I had the grilled chicken with peppers, onions, and mushrooms. Portions were large and it was amazing. The side salad was large and very good. My boyfriend had the chefs choice. Again HUGE portions and everything was fantastic. This wasn't an establishment I would have thought I could eat at safely because down home cooking usually involves flour of some kind but I will be back often. Thank you for your kindness! I do not have that experience around here very often.

The food was really good and served hot. I had Chefs choice which is 3eggs your way choice of meat choice potatoes and biscuits with gravy and my wife had a bacon omelete served with hashbrowns and pancakes. You wont leave hungry and actually might take a few leftovers home like we did. The prices are really cheap and the amount you get is alot!!

Food was good. I suggest the breaded tenderloin it was HUGE. Really liked the fried pickles, they were in the spear form. This is a new restaurant in Princeton and it was pretty busy. The place still feels like the staff is learning how they all work together but our food came out hot and the staff was very courteous. I want to come back again, I hear the breakfast is really good.

I like the idea and appreciated the service. Great service from the waitresses.
Feedback: I tried to find the menu here on google and could not. Not good. I tried calling, the line was busy. Didn’t go through. Just to place a to go order, I had to go into the restaurant and wait. And then there was no where to sit as I waited. ALL of these things are very normal industry standards especially with American food. This part was not good service. And the food was terribly bland. I had to put my own steak seasoning and salt and pepper on my double cheeseburger. I also ordered French fries. I got what looked like shaved potatoes covered with oil. I want to see this restaurant thrive as a lover of the city of Princeton. This launch has been rough but I believe things can be turned around. Also the logo is interesting.
I look forward to updating my review after I try it again in a couple weeks. Hopefully my experience was an outlier
