“Our food was amazing and fresh, made just like we asked. However, our cookies were awful and tasted burnt. We went back to get a new one, but they were the same as the others. The employees were not as friendly in the evening as the daytime workers. When I return, it will probably be during day time hours only. When the owner is around, she makes sure things are right and customers are happy. I was not offered a refund on my cookies or an offer to get free ones next time, only given more inedible cookies.”
