The food was Hot, Fresh and Delicious! I love their hot Crunchy Shoestring Fries. They have a Special Freddy's Jalapeno Sauce it's WONDERFUL on your Steak Burger, Chicken Sandwich and/or Fries!! The variety of Frozen Custard Treats are GREAT! You will DEFINITELY get your Money's worth! MUCH BETTER THAN "THAT OTHER" FROZEN CUSTARD AND BURGER PLACE! ENJOY!!
Well-staffed and quick. The mini size of custard is pretty big actually. This place is very similar to steak n shake... maybe slightly better burger and fry; steak n shake has better dessert though -- the custard wasn't very distinguishable from middling soft serve.
Reminded me of Steak 'n' Shake. Really fresh pickles on my burger. Fries were perfectly fried. Jalapeno sauce for the fries was a nice change of pace.
It's not bad yet it isn't worth the price or time. The burger is SUPER thin. Nothing special about it. Fries were pretty good when fresh but get cold very quickly. They forgot my fry sauce & Freddie sauce so I didn't get to taste either. I ordered a hot dog to taste. I asked the drive thru attendant what toppings she recommended, she ignored me. The all beef dog was okay but on a barely toasted piece of bread. Also, the way they charged the burger/ hot dog meal is strange. They charge it separate although it's a meal together. I even asked about it and they stated that is the correct way. I was excited but ended up disappointed. Price is too high as well. Steak n shake burgers are better but I prefer Culvers overall.
It's everything Steak n Shake SHOULD be. Great burgers, hot fries, and amazing frozen custard. Got dogs are great as well!
