Always love the pikes place!

went for the first time on friday morning 8/20 and was SO impressed with the patience and flow of the team! their sticker machine wasn’t working, but the team managed flawlessly and were still so kind and communicative, in spite of some less than pleasant customers. i just moved back to the area, and this will be my home starbs for sure!!!!

Best Starbucks EVER! I love dropping in here as it’s down the road from my house. They have a fast moving team that is ON IT. This location literally has a woman named Sarah who puts all of the to go orders together and hands everything out. She greets everyone and I was very impressed by the number of people that she knew by name and remembered their usual orders. This location is right by a ton of hospitals and the high volume of traffic is handled so well.

Food and drink amazing. Staff - not so much. They did not greet me, and when I asked for an order they pretty much rolled their eyes. They didn’t say anything when my order was ready, so when I went to the counter to ask if it was mine, one girl checked and went “yuh” and walked away as she talked so I couldn’t hear her. Asked again, as she yelled “yes!” What the hell?? She even rolled her eyes again, and had the same bad attitude as the male with glasses as well. I don’t understand the attitude, I was having a great day before this encounter. This is whoever was on staff at 1pm today. Only the girl with glasses wished me a good day when I left. Thanks to her! Other two - be mindful of how you interact with people while working. It really was a negative experience
