“So this was my first time checking out this restaurant. It's very vibrant and well decorated. I sat at the bar and had a bartender by the name of Brendan I believe. I started off with a couple of their signature cocktails, windy sales and pirates punch. Highly recommend windy sales, it was amazing! I started with the lobster bisque as an appetizer. This was a 10 out of 10. THE BEST lobster bisque I have ever had and it was loaded with pieces of lobster. For the main course I had the Chilean sea bass for dinner. This was hands down the best sea bass that I have had in the Midwest. It was truly prepared perfectly and reminded me of some of the best that I've had along the coast in other cities. For dessert I had a couple old fashions to drink. I would highly recommend that if "B" is working that you request that he make you one of these because it was a 12 out of 10. Awesome experience, and wonderful staff. Will definitely be back!”

“***if you have not been to Yak &Yeti you must***. I normally don't start my reviews like this but after enjoying my dinner tonight I am completely in love with this place. Yak & Yeti is a fusion of Nepali and Indian cuisines. The restaurant is located in Giest Pavillion and has plenty of parking spots. As soon as we entered the restaurant I was welcomed with helping and pleasant staff which was a great start. The menu is big with plenty of options to try. My attention was caught on by 2 thali options which translates to large plates which is pretty common in India. I chose nonveg thali with lamb and my wife chose veg thali along with Sweet Lassi and a side of garlic bread. The Lassi was delicious and had a good testing Lassi after a long time. The Thali turned out to be amazing and they served day makhani, papad, pickle, aalo ghobhi, rice, fries, and gulab jamun in the plate. Everything was cooked to perfection and big kudos to the chef and his team. I recommend this place as a must-try.”

“Celebrated my birthday here! The atmosphere was terrific. The food and service were great! We had drinks(mimosa), which came with a beautiful flower straw decoration. “A very cute place with great, helpful employees, an awesome donut selection and delicious treats all around! We tried a few of the holiday donuts (in picture, snowman and reindeer), created our own (the sprinkled one), tried the signature (the one with yellow, it's has pineapple and coconut), the donut of the week which was Andes mint (in the bottom right), puppy chow (in the bottom left) and last but CERTAINLY not least, we tried the fully loaded bacon egg and cheese donut (not pictured). Everything was delicious, the kids loved everything and so did the adults! Our favorite was the breakfast sandwich, and the signature donut as well. Give it a try, you'll love it! We will be back for some donut sundaes another day for sure.”

“Great Pizza, solid beer and wine choices and spirits too! Ate at Pearl Street Pizzeria and had the Pear & Gorgonzola Pizza with deep dish crust. It was excellent. “We've had varying experiences in our two visits here - mostly we have been left wanting for the price we pay. The lobster bisque was unforgettable (can't wait until it's back) and some of the food is tasty. However, some of our entrees (including burgers, sandwiches, and salads) weren't our favorites. The specials always sound amazing but are quite pricey for around 35-50. We will probably return again, but check the menu for items that sound extra delicious.”

I also love their salad with ginger dressing. The ambience is nice n calm. Neat and clean place with good service.
