    My wife and I stopped in for lunch. My wife had the triple pork sandwich and I had the brisket sandwich. Both were amazing!! Tender, delicious and not too sweet. (Some bbq places really load up the sweet!!). The sandwiches both came with housemade chips, but we opted for fries. everything was outstanding, and we had trouble finishing.
    Highly recommend!!

    The BBQ at Confessional Smokehouse is top notch; I’ve never tasted anything I didn’t love! Chef Shawn knows BBQ and I recommend everyone to come try it!

    While I'm not a fan of "hunting lodge" style atmosphere, I can see the appeal. Dining room was clean and the staff was very friendly. Chef Shawn has a strong passion for BBQ and it shows! I took my In Laws there for dinner. Their BBQ parfait was outstanding and the pulled pork was tender, moist and full of flavor. Exactly what you want when you go for a pulled pork sandwich. I highly recommend you at least give it a try!
