(November 27, 2018, 10:17 pm)Giving 5 stars out of pity for the employees who have to work there. I wish 0 stars were an option for the management. The worst thing I've ever seen in a restaurant happened a couple weeks ago on Sunday: they left a trainee by himself who didn't even know how to bake the bread. He had to politely turn me and everyone else away. Who TF runs this store?! They need to step down and give their job to someone competent. If you're looking for an excellent Subway store, I'd recommend the one on Charlestown Crossing in New Albany, across from Tumbleweed.
