Country Pride

Got the California Omelette (new menu item), and it had good flavor. So many times the food can be bland (know what I mean?). Caroline, my waitress did a fine job, though it did seem it took the kitchen a bit long to get everybody's meal out...? But the meal and service overshadowed that minor critique.

The service here was phenomenal. Patty was professional, personnel, and very accommodating. The service was only exceeded by the food. Blueberry pancakes tasted like the blueberries were fresh, and the country fried steak had a perfect crisp.

The waitress was as sweet and kind as could be. We even watched bar rescue together. She was the pregnant one. She made my first experience here wonderful.

My husband and I particularly like the breakfast buffet. I also like that they have a nice salad bar in addition to the hot dishes. Service is always good and wait staff is always friendly. Don't go in expecting gourmet, but for what it is it's pretty good.
