(September 27, 2018, 7:35 pm)I RARELY go to a McDonald's but this one was awesome!! They forgot a burger and a milk but they were super nice about it! I recently visited the location in US 31 in Franklin, IN and customer service at this location was above and beyond in comparison!! Thanks for being friendly and just plain NICE!!
