    Friendly staff and I've never had an incorrect order! I go here often so trust me when I say, best location in Franklin! Convenient, courteous and accurate!

    Seriously love this Starbucks Olivia is amazing and definitely went out of her way to make my coworkers day. She added a new baby to her family yesterday so we celebrated with some coffee! Love how they can make anyone’s day! Y’all rock!

    I LOVE this Starbucks location! They always treat me with respect. I always ask for light ice and my drink stirred and they don't ever complain. They are always friendly and work quickly to get your drink made. I've never had a problem at this location. I will continue to go to this location due to their friendliness and respectful attitudes. Keep up the good work!
