    Hands-down the best Starbucks around Lake County. The management and crew are very welcoming and always have a positive attitude. I go there once to twice almost every day and I’ve never had a bad experience.

    I wish I would have gotten the name of the sweet girl working the drive thru (Friday @1pm). She was SO friendly and, unfortunately, you don’t get that at Starbucks stores anymore like you used to. I will make this my home Starbucks just to chit chat with her even if only for a minute through the window! Awesome energy ❤️❤️

    Kim at the counter was super awesome patient nice. So was the poor guy stuck behind us as I was trying to order all kinds of weird fruity drinks that require complex recipes from screenshots (teenage daughters!) The place was pretty packed and we wound up heading for a wee table in the front corner, despite the glare from a young lady sitting at the bar across from there. Seeing how various people came up to speak to her, I would suspect she is an employee. I guess she thought we were tryin to spy her screen? IDK, but that wasn't the case. :/

    Great new location in Crown Point for those who regularly commute or work near Broadway.
