“The food was really great. Our waitress was super. The decor is, as some other posters have said, a bit dated. I didn't mind it, I liked the classic, cozier atmosphere. The music selection was a perfect mix of old and new. The only thing I did not enjoy, was the regulars commentating on my fiance and myself and our food order! Not to US, mind you, but among themselves. We were in a booth, they were at the table next to us. It was just odd. Definitely worth the price, it is a filling meal and they dont try to 'turn and burn' you”

“Tzatziki Greek Street Food was a pleasant experience. The food that I had what's good. I had the mixed vegetables in rice pilaf which are sold separately. I also had the a bowl of Mexican spicy chicken which was about $3.50. You can also get soup by the quart which is about $8 or $9. They also have a stuffed pepper soup that is really good. Monday through Friday they have a buffet from 11 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. for $11. Handicap parking is available this place is great for families and couples they also offer wine and desserts.”

“Good food but my husband asked for corn tortillas and got flour. Waitress took forever. We waited about 10 minutes for the waitress to come take our order and when she finally came over she set place mats on the table across from us said hang on to us and walked away for about 10 more minutes. My husband an I were discussing leaving and she popped up out of no where. Good food came a short time later. Good price considering the size of the meals. I have enough for lunch tomorrow.”

I typically “stalk” the social media account of new up and coming businesses to see what they offer, how they impact the community and if they remain consistent. I must say that I was truly impressed with this establishment BEFORE I even step foot into their restaurant! I decided that my cousin and I would go here for lunch as a birthday treat for myself. I AM SO VERY GLAD I DID! The mood set by the warm and genuine host who greeted us IMMEDIATELY with a smile, the old-school classic music, and the vibe from the patrons sitting down eating and waiting on their food had me smiling from jump! I must speak to the cleanliness of the establishment, the homey feeling I experienced while waiting on my order, and the uplifting and positive customer service provided by the owner and THE ENTIRE STAFF (this is so rare!). They offer complimentary juice and pound cake AND they have cards (Uno, Dos and regular playing cards) so you can really have a good time! When my food came out I immediately began to hum and dance as IT TASTES JUST AS AMAZING AS IT LOOKS! I swear you can taste the love and care used to prepare the food offered. The food was hot and fresh! The menu is not overwhelming, and you can tell the specialize in everything they offer so nothing is overlooked or lacking! I live all the way in Palatine IL (60 miles away one-way) and I have already planned my next visit to partake in the Soul-Filled Sunday Dinner and I cannot wait to support the catering part of their business too!
