Little Tokyo Japanese Restaurant

This little hole in the wall had on par but not great miso soup. However, the food quality was an absolute delight. This place being close to home may make this my Japanese spot to go that's cheaper than Kobe's. Service was great, usually smaller places have that down pat. I had the Teriyaki Beef and will go back for it.

Good food, cluttered and 1970s looking decor. Prices are good. Sushi and sashimi were wonderful. Service is good. The chef is nice to talk to. Very casual atmosphere but fresh and tasty food.

While the food is very good, it is also a bit slow as the owners of the store are also the only cooks and until recently hey were also the waiters. The meal is server in a typical Japanese style, where food is served as it is prepared and diners enjoy long meals where they can enjoy conversation and each other’s company. Expect to be here for around 1 1/2-2 hours.

Decent little place for good sushi. Food service seemed sort of slow but we didn't mind. Rather that than rushed. May have been only 1 cook at the time, unsure.
But gave the wife and I time to enjoy our beers and food. Everything was excellent and definitely will return. Prices were reasonable.
