Kitaro Surf & Turf & Sushi

The food and preparation is outstanding. We ended up ordering three Norwegian kiss rolls plus several others. We were the the Tuesday after Valentine's and there was a large party that same day so the restaurant was in a bit if a kerfluffle. It seemed like it was just an off day because despite trying to be discreet we overhead sine frustrated comments from the serving staff. Not inexpensive, but good quality and a slightly different take on some sushi to make it more accessible for the non sushi lover.

I come to this restaurant fairly often but my most recent visit was by far the most pleasant. Dan, our server, greeted us with a smile-I'll never forget his name because he had a fresh face and took immaculate care of me. He suggested great apps and maki, including the knucklehead which I love. He was very professional, and I will always request him. Can't wait to come back!

So delicious...the salmon is well cooked and moist, the starter soups are Devine. The hostess and my waitresses have always been attentive and kind. The restrooms are clean and the atmosphere is inviting. Moderately priced great food...but small portions .

Addendum: the portions are larger and oh so so so filling. The meals are consistently delicious. Our family favorite restaurant.

I had heard great things about this place and was super excited to try it out. I came here with my husband and brother in law for dinner tonight. I will keep it simple. We were pleased with everything that was placed in front of us. The food was delicious and the drinks were fantastic. We will be back.????
