Pizzeria UNO

Food was great. Customer service needs a little bit of work but the place is relatively new so I suspect maybe the work that out in the future. I would also like to see them cut down on the traffic going in and out of that I don't want to call it a side door because it's in the front but it's clearly not intended to be the main entrance and we had people going in and out of it the whole time just blasting us with cold air every time they open the door. But over all it was pretty good.

Waited forever to get our order taken. The deep dish was soupy not very good at all. My date got the barbecue chicken thin crust, it was great. We also got the potato appetizer, barely had any cheese or bacon, was pretty much just pizza crust and instant potatoes.

The service was great, Thin crust pizza was great. Only complaint was while we were eating a strong oder of what smelled like a cleaning agent appeared.

The pizza is just fantastic The restaurant is new so the service is lacking due to not enough trained people but the staff that are there do their best to stay ahead. Have not tried their deep dish yet but we will be going back for a third time to try it. Only complaint is the atmosphere is a little weird being that it used to be a hotel.
