Chili's Grill & Bar

My husband and I were traveling from Detroit to Chicago and we stopped to have lunch. I think this is the nicest Chili's that we've ever been in. It was clean, the atmosphere was happy, and the host was very nice. The food was very good. I had the chicken enchilada soup my husband had chili and we were very pleased. Our waitress was phenomenal. Her name was Jaqi. She was attentive with a very pleasing personality. By the time we got to Chili's, we were pretty tired because we had been on the road since 7:30 in the morning. Her ability to raise our spirits was really welcome. Sometime it's just an issue of a smile or a nice friendly word that makes you feel better. Chili's should be very pleased and proud to have an employee with such great customer service skills.

Excellent ???? All the way around. Was hit or miss a couple years ago, but is now very consistent. Great food and great service. Clean and comfortable atmosphere.

Hostess greeting at the door makes you feel so welcome and so very appreciative that you came... Food is exceptionally excellent.... Waiters and waitresses are there to make sure your experience is memorable and by all means you want to return another day.... You are their guest and they aim to please.... You won't be disappointed.... Never been.... Give them a try....

Ordered from the "healthy" section in the menu just because the dish description sounded good and I simply wasn't in the mood for burgers or ribs. OMG!!!! It was wonderful and I had to taste my daughter's choice because it looked (and tasted) just as wonderful. Only sad part...she had leftovers and I didn't.

Steak & shrimp fajitas was great, hubby ordered mushroom swiss burger, that came with a generous supply of fries. We split the paradise pie for dessert.. so good! Haven't been there for a while, we'll go again soon
