“Taco John’s is located in the brand new Love’s at 421 and W 300 N right across from Bosak Chevrolet and adjacent to Harley-Davidson. I ordered three crispy tacos with ground beef and a medium potato oles with nacho cheese sauce. The tacos were filled with meat unlike Taco Bell and the shell was fresh and crispy, had a good flavor to the ground beef as well! The potatoes were seasoned and were crispy and hot, and paired perfectly with the nacho cheese sauce. The lady at the window was very nice; the receipt said her name was Grace, and the gentleman I spoke with was also very nice and courteous. Honestly, so much better than the local Taco Bell, which I have heard people will drive all the way to La Porte instead of eating at that store. My first Taco John’s experience was fantastic and I’m looking forward to my next visit!”

“We choose this place for catering on my fathers birthday. Everything was prepared and cooked exactly as described. The food was delivered right on time to our home. The people were very friendly with a smile and good attitude. The portions were extremely large and there was plenty of food to feed all 24 of us. This place has the best ribs and Mac and cheese I have tasted in a very long time. I don’t think I have every tasted Macaroni and Cheese that good before. We also ordered the Chicken and Dumplings, and some Jerk Chicken which we highly recommend! I would definitely choose this place for your catering needs! “This was my first experience with eating sushi. I get very weirded-out with foods like this. I wasn't sure what everything was on the menu so I was a little lost with that.(thank goodness for Google) I ordered egg drop soup and something...and ate it. It was good. My friend ordered veggie rice and it was so good. Very good portion size. I am not a seafood person but it was good. The service was good and the place was clean. The prices were a little steep for me but not to bad. I will go there again.”

“Wow, for an unassuming joint attached to a hotel, our meal was much better than expected. The server was fast and pleasant, the beer CO2 system was properly adjusted, the glass was "beer clean", my chips weren't over-salted, and THE BURGERS WERE DELICIOUS!!! Seriously, these were the best burgers we've had in a while. Just the thing for weary travelers. If you're in Michigan City, get a burger at Crawford's!”

“Very cool local tavern. Usually pretty busy but you still get good service. Excellent selection of both domestic and craft beers. Food menu is pretty impressive as well for pub-style. It is a smoking bar, so if you are bothered by smoke or have asthma, probably not the best choice. Plenty of billiards, since almost half the establishment is a game room. If you're looking to have a night out with your friends and you don't mind the smoke, this is a solid choice!”
