McDonald's

This McDonald's always gets my order correct and in a fast time. I've only ran into the "machine is down" excuse once. And unlike the other McDonald's down the road, this one does not burn my food.

Nice place, usual menu. Really safe area. Food was good. The pop was really good and flavorful!

This McDonalds is a great location. The employees are very friendly and helpful. The food was hot and fresh and the service to get it was very quick. The main dining area and restrooms were clean. You can order at the counter, at their kiosk, or on your phone.

This McDonald's is my "go to" when I come to visit the Lighthouse mall. I only visit it once a year, but the service is always good. The orders are correct, the people working are pleasant, and the bathrooms are clean.

My only real issue is getting unsweetened tea. As with all McDs, they stack the tea containers. I am both short and handicapped --I don't have a right hand. All I can do is wave the cup around, hoping to catch some drips..... No, that's not right. I have to wait for someone to come along so I can ask for help. Fortunately, people are good-hearted and quick to give assistance when I politely ask for help. I would really like to be able to work these things by myself, but I'm not shy so it's not that big a deal.

Overall, I like this McDonald's. It was a lot busier than I remembered, so they must be doing something right.
