Ponderosa

Great staff and the food quality is great for a buffet. Salad bar is excellent! It's an all around good experience. The manager, Mr Swift, is always polite and helpful to customers and employees alike.

I was traveling and stopped there. I found the Ponderosa to be a pleasant establishment. Their buffet had plenty of choices and the food was fresh. Sometimes restaurants with buffets don't change up their selections to keep them fresh. Especially the salads. I've witnessed servers add fresh salad to wilted salads and mix the old into the new. Disgusting! This Ponderosa did not do that. The food was good on the day I was there. I enjoyed my meal. The facilities were also clean. I would go there again if I traveled there again.

The food is always good. However, I have concerns regarding the tools the waitresses are given to clean the floor. I wonder if management has ever spent the night hunched over sweeping the floor with a broom. There had to be a better way of cleaning the floor. Do they sweep their carpets at home with a broom?? Help a girl out.

Always great food and service. I go here just about ever other time I'm in the area. The buffet is always hot and fresh. The service is friendly and fast. And the food is always super yummy. Always a solid choice to eat at!

Been better. Steak was raw on one side. Waitress says they can cook both sides really omg. She was rude steak was gray. Mgr was nice but think just give it to dogs. Not going again.
