I've been twice so far. I've had the bison burger which has this great sauce that compliments the meat perfectly. The cornbread is amazing. The greens were a little sweet for my taste, but still good The second time I went, we ordered most of the starters as tapas and a salmon soup. Everything was great. The salmon soup was a creamy base with just the right amount of salt to bring out the salmon flavor without being fishy. The Korean BBQ was smokey without being overwhelming. The flat bread with pork and pickle was a real treat. I'm not usually a fan of dill pickle, but the pickles here I like.
I will be back to try more of the menu. I will be bringing my vegetarian friend to get their thoughts on that part of the menu.
The flavor combinations are new, unique and compliment deliciously. Another thing I loved were the sodas made locally ( i think) for shoe fly. The grape soda is my new favorite!
Easy parking. Great family friendly atmosphere. Service quick and efficient. Food was great!
Food was very good and our server was great and very helpful. Much of the menu is sourced locally which is a nice bonus. However, they do not take reservations.
Great food and feel. This place will make you feel right at home for the most part. The food is always delicious, and the rotation of beer is usually on point. My favorite is the yucca fries. They're so customizable! Beer is always different, so it's hard to give a recommendation. Never be afraid to ask. These folks like their beer.
A few of the staff are total rockstars, but others can be unnecessarily rude. I guess it depends on the day?
It's definitely worth a visit, whether you are an Indy native or just passing through. Just hope you catch the right staff in the right mood!
