I stop in here probably once a month and my most recent visit this week was amazing. I asked staff what changed- seemed more welcoming and friendly. and management change was the response. I saw a nice red haired lady who was so friendly in a polo and a blonde with a smile on her face helping the staff clean up after a lunch rush and the staff seemed at ease and comfortable with the managers. I hope to continue to see the Fun and friendly atmosphere I witnessed this past weekend.

Love this place. We went for a birthday in the (extended) family. They accommodated our group of 25 extremely well. We had a great time and the food was delicious.

Service was adequate. Half priced drinks on Wed & Fri is cool. Was unimpressed by the food. Not that it was gross, just not good. Soggy fries, bland sandwich and didn't care for the chunky marinara that came with the mozzarella sticks. Won't eat here again, but may come to drink.

It was our first time and walked in to order to go. Or server was absolutely amazing. He made us feel very welcome and was very knowledgeable about the menu, ensuring that we got something we liked. Their beer selection is awesome, and the food was fantastic with huge portions. We all have lunch for tomorrow. 10/10 we'll be going back at some point.

Never ate at this chain before. Heard lots of people at work talking about the food and the customer service. Went out of my way to try one of their sandwiches one afternoon. Not disappointed at all. Even had to bring some of it home! Been there a few times since, always good, good, quick service, food always hot.
