    They were extremely nice and polite and what I ordered was correct and hot.

    I went mid afternoon on a Friday and it wasn't busy at all, so I ordered mini bites. They were cooked to order perfectly!
    They even tasted great the next day.

    Excellent chicken. Unfortunately the kitchen staff is always behind on keeping chicken available. Especially during dinner rush. Not unusual to wait half hour or longer for white pieces. While waiting orders are filled on counter getting cold. Help needs better supervision. Note: staff at front counter is always friendly, but not informed by the kitchen as to status of orders.
