Don't Eat The Bone Bbq

OH MAN! Today (Monday) I made a special trip from Boone County for the Baked Beans! Best I've ever had in my life! They were closed...my fault, I just assumed without checking their website. But it would have been my second visit. I pass through their fairly often and will get them next time with enough to take home! Had pulled pork BBQ on original first visit with a sweet/spicey sauce and baked beans. Unbelievable! I can't even type this without my mouth watering!!
I wish you were 30 miles closer north but worth the drive and back soon!! Best I've ever had...can't wait to visit soon. Art M.

It was fresh hot, flavorful, just delicious!! My first time trying turkey tips and they were delicious!! The only reason I have not been back just yet is because I am trying to lose weight but my cheat day is approaching and I am using it to go straight there.

Best food truck I’ve ever been to. King Rib use to be my favorite now it’s Don’t Eat The Bone BBQ! The rib tips were so juicy and cooked to perfection. Everything tastes like it was made from scratch with real ingredients. Amazing!!

My brother and I went to get some chicken thighs after our workout and it was delicious and very flavorful. He got the one with sauce added and I got the regular. Will definitely be back to support!

Four out of five stars because the large tip dinners is that of a med,or small serving . No drink with large dinners as advertised. However, it's some of the best ribs I ever had ! And this is the precise serving and the two sides of fries with my meal.

This visit, I enjoyed the saucy chick combo. It was a nice combination of the tender chicken thighs, sweet and spicy sauce, melted provolone cheese, all on a buttery toasted roll. The Mac and Cheese was creamy with a larger than average portion. Oh, can’t forget the sweet potato pie. All on point. I will be back!!

The food was very good and I will be back!!! I wished that onions would be available to those who would like them for their sandwiches. Oh -- when busy fulfilling orders, please acknowledge the waiting customers with a greeting and let them know that you will be with them shortly. Customers won't mind waiting for good food and good service 😀
