    Made me a 3rd lb thick burger and forgot the burger... Offered to replace my meal for free.

    Hmmm. My son works there; I was dropping him off. From what he says, I think they do a good job but I don't know firsthand!

    Ordered drive-thru combo meals...received food quick and accurately. Worker seemed spent and was ready for the end of their shift. We dont have Hardee's in Cincinnati anymore so hit this up with the wife for quick bite.

    Food was hot and fresh and the staff was super friendly and helpful. Best customer service I've received in a long time.
