    Absolutely unbelievable food. Specializes in South Indian as well as Indo-Chinese fusion. We tried the chili garlic noodles, the Daal, the Chicken 65 and a marinated chicken skewer, all were genuinely excellent and beautifully presented, and the daal in particular is some of the best I’ve ever had. We spoke with the owner, who was very nice, and she said the daal is smoked in house and cooked over 24 hours. It tasted like it.

    I cannot recommend Amara highly enough. If you love flavor, GO!

    We have been waiting for Amara's opening ever since we saw the sign go up and they exceeded our expectations. The service and the food were phenomenal. We are so excited to have Amara so close to home!
