“Service was good. Kind, responsive, and attentive. However, this is nothing like the tacos in LA. I am from LA. You will be greatly disappointed if you expect LA taco truck styled tacos. Also, I asked for Al Pastor (pork) tacos but for some reason they proceeded to ask me to pick chicken or steak. I put five stars because you just opened. But I expect better when I come back.”

“I am so impressed with this restaurant. I am from Gary, Indiana which is about 30 minutes outside of Chicago, Illinois and I tend to get a bit homesick especially for the food. However, this restaurant definitely hits the spot. The food is amazing. The company I work for used them for catering a celebration for over 100 people and by the end of the meal, everyone wanted to know exactly where Ribs Express was located so they could take their families. “Brand new. Very large. The food is quite a bit more than what you’d expect at a Mexican restaurant. Pricing is appropriate for the portion sizes. Absolutely delicious. First time I have ever eaten steak at a Mexican restaurant that was not over cooked. I left very impressed with the menu and the food. They have huge margaritas. A 30oz mango is what I got but I learned that they have a 60oz margarita. All flavors same price. I would have given 5 stars but they forgot a small cheese sauce and it took a moderate amount of time for them to get it to us and the boxes to go at the end of our dining especially since there were only 4 booths and 1 large table of people there at that time. 3 stars for service. Overall, I expect this restaurant to do exceptionally well, especially if they get their waiting staff on mark and do not change their food supplier or their cooks. Just incredible. You will love this restaurant. Such a good first impression that I do believe this will be my newest go to place for food, fellowship and drink. Thank you.”

“Friendly, good taste, modern decor. Granted I was the only customer at the time, the staff was very friendly and helpful, the food tasted good (I had the Vegetarian Burrito Bowl) and the decor was very modern. Sitting right next to Subway which had $5 footlong special going on, Spice Fresh was also offering a $5 lunch entree. I also thought it was interesting their grill was directly behind the counter so you could watch them cook. I will certainly recommend this place to my co-workers and friends. They even offer breakfast, Family Portions To Go and Catering.”
