“LOCATION: Across from Terminal B6, NOT where Google says it is. Ben's has an ok Pretzel. Could have been better if warmer, and the Cinnamon Pretzel was bathed in Cinnamon Sugar instead of lightly sprinkled, which resulted in a semi-soggy pretzel. Fortunately, the attendant allowed me to use their shaker to supplement what was added. It was a little late though, what little heat was in the pretzel, was gone by the time I added more ingredient. 3.5 Stars. If the staff was a bit more conscientious, and not on the phone, I would have given this 4 stars. I DO like the charging system on the tables at the airport, and plenty are available right next to Ben's.”

“I've started frequenting this gas station more because I work 2nd shift and don't get off work until close to Midnight (which at that point most restaurants are closed,) and they are one of the few places with a 24-hour Subway and Noble Roman's inside. I'm a GetGo loyalist so I've never gotten gas here and solely use Crew for carwashes so I can't comment on those aspects of this gas station (other than the gas prices seem to be on par with everywhere else) but the convenience store portion has a lot of great options for snacks and small grocery items and the Subway & Noble Roman's are always great and fresh. Customer Service has also generally been pretty good and friendly. I'm docking a star because recently the Subway hasn't been open and the restrooms could definitely be a bit cleaner and better stocked. Other than that though, this gas station has always been great and met my needs when needed.”

“When I gave them a 1 star it was because it popped up on my screen and I was trying to clear it. The food was hot and fresh, they had to remake it because they added mayo to my tenderloin when I am a mustard ketchup onion and pickles on tenderloins. It should be a five based on the food and the service was so good and the guest service member so quick to correct the mistake. Okay I'll give them a 5 star. And think back to Rally's in Greenwood 30 years ago when I was 30 and the 18 year old waiting on us was clearly attracted to me and my sister was saying go for it. At the time I didn't see how a minimum wage Rally's crew member could support me in the lifestyle I was wanting.”

“At breakfast time, this seemed like the best choice. Coffee is decent and self-serve so there’s no waiting for it. The egg and cheese bagel was OK, but the cheese is American slices and not real cheese, so it’s a bit overpriced. You expect to pay more at an airport, but for over $11 for coffee and a bagel sandwich, I’d like better cheese.”

The spoon and paper bowl are self service on the right hand side of the vending machine, which is located right outside of the security checkpoint. Overall, an entertaining, healthy, and tasty experience, and I might just stop there every trip out of Indianapolis. I had the harvest salad.”

“Had time at the Indy airport so I had breakfast. The home made corned beef hash was very good and they actually know how to cook eggs over medium! Service is great and the only reason they received a 4 and not a 5 is that the fresh fruit was a bit raw and the pineapple had hard spots. Stop in for the Indy 500 pictures when you grab a bite.”

“You bet. This place is really good. The ingredients they use are all fresh and tasty. You really can't go wrong especially when you're about to jump on a plane. You don't want to eat unhealthy things or you could end up farting on the plane. That would be horrible for the person next to you. I have been that guy before and the lady next to me did not like it at all. She kept saying please don't do that anymore. I always lied to her and said I would not do it anymore”

“My first Qdoba experience, but definitely will not be my last! I came to IND airport having missed my flight and learning that I’d have to stay until the morning. I saw this place was open. The workers were awesome. Not only did they provide EXCELLENT customer service to a newcomer by discussing the menu, but Keith and Stephen even expressed their concern with me having to stay the night in the airport, provided cool locations to visit, and even hotels to stay in.
