“We were nervous at first, as when I asked the young man behind the counter for a recommendation for first time visitors, he looked scared! A quick look around and noticed nachos on almost every table. Okay, we'll play your game. Deluxe Nachos it is, we weren't disappointed at all! Now, the pizza, reminded us of high school/ bowling alley pizza. Not horrible, but not what we wanted. Sauce was okay and it was definitely cheesy. Not sure if we'll be back, but it was good.”

We were greeted and seated quickly a waitress with no personality came over and took our order. 2 of the 4 things were wrong, she rolled her eyes at me when I asked for cheese and she was very slow with refills. “I was there between 5-6 pm on 5/09/2019. The young lady at the counter was personable, smiled and greeted each person. warmly. She assisted in completing orders and wished each customer a good evening The restaurant was clean. And my order was correct. All was good. I must also say I was there on another visit a few months ago when things were not running as smoothly. I was told there had been a couple of call offs, but the young man covering the counter at that time was also covering the drive thru and assisting as needed while also holding his composure and providing good customer service despite the challenges. Kudos to the staff at Arby's. I hope management appreciates you!”

This restaurant's location is always busy or has traffic, which shows they continue to do something right. Wonderful team gives great service. Really a great find, however you do have to look it. Its location is the the building that have holds hacienda and if you're not actually looking for it you probably won't see it. “Great atmosphere. Friendly staff. The shrimp is delicious! The chips are warm and yummy. Salsa wasn't bad; just needed cilantro to give it a fresh taste. It was packed the late afternoon I went, but it never delayed the staff's service. I did not try the infamous wet burrito, but it looked and sounded yummy. As did the "taco truck". Definitely recommend. I would have given 5 stars but deducted because of the salsa and they only have Pepsi products which is a no from me. ????”
