Great cheese steaks and great fries. Fast friendly service.

One of my favorite places to grab lunch. Their fresh cut fries are delicious with any sandwich you can get there and the staff is always nice. There can be a bit of a wait during lunch and dinner because everything is cooked fresh to order, so if you're in a rush, not the best place to stop at. Otherwise, a good place to have a meal with friends or family.

Food is good, deals are great, lobby is clean. Service is usually pretty slow, food safety standards seem low (stuff like not changing gloves when using POS terminals). Some employees are nice, but most don't seem to put in much effort to be inviting or friendly.

The sandwiches are awesome and the french fries have a very unique flavor because they are cut from fresh potatoes on site and flash fried in peanut oil. They also make their own lemonade fresh in the restaurant.

Ordered some sandwiches online one night only to find that the place was closed when we arrived. The website said the place should be open, but this location was on summer hours. Thankfully the management was nice enough to refund our order when they opened the next day, but it would have been nice if the summer hours were posted somewhere other than on the front door.
