Lincoln Flats

It was "girls night out and we chose to go to Lincoln Flats. Our server Kelley was terrific. We spent 2 hours catching up on our lives. The food exceeded our expectations. A comfortable welcoming environment. We will be back. Thanks.

Lincoln Flats is a great spot on the edge of Valpo's downtown. The menu changes often, and there are weekly food and drink specials. Items off the menu are consistently good, but the features can be hits or misses. I don't have anything *bad* to say about meals I've eaten, but some of the features were just not what I was expecting. Despite this, I still want to go back! The service is consistently excellent. Lincoln Flats is definitely worth checking out.

Date night started at 5 p.m. and we were seated as soon as we walked in. Our server was at our table to take our drink order and get us started. We ordered Lincoln logs (pretzels w/cheese and spicy mustard) and before we could finish, our dinners were at the table. The food was delicious! The staff was incredible, when we asked for something our server brought it right away. Everything from drink refills to dessert and finally the check were there within 2 minutes. Great experience overall.

I seriously don't have words for how amazing the food and service is!!! We went for the first time on Friday and had the best food in a super long time. Highly recommend the endless summer cocktail, garnished with fresh thyme. The crab cakes with melt in your mouth. We can't wait to go back.
