Bob Evans

I went here for dinner recently and it was a pleasant experience. I ordered a penne and thought it was fantastic. I would've loved to eat more of it but I had almost completely filled up on bread beforehand.

It was mediocre at best. Food was kinda just a bowl of mush. Service was good though. Seems like they need to get back to the basics and learn how to make good food before they try to make fancy food.

I hate to rate a place with only one experience and one person influencing the rating, but, the one and only time I ate at this location was not good.

we were traveling so we're passing through the area, and stopped at this Bob Evans.

The service was so slow, but, restaurant wasn't all that busy. It was the server that was the problem.

We quickly ordered our meals and had to wait 45 minutes before our food came. But when we got our meals some of our food was wrong and some of it was missing. For instance, I ordered a sandwich with fries and there were no fries on the plate when he brought it. When I mentioned it to the server, he tried to take the plate with the sandwich back. I wouldn't let him take it and asked him to just bring it on a separate plate and waited another 15-20 minutes to get the fries.

We asked to speak with a manager, and they informed us that the server with new. Although, I understand there's a learning curve with anyone's job, I would have thought that person would have been shadowing someone.

It was just not a good experience at that restaurant. We Love Bob Evans food and would continue to visit their various locations.

It was a wonderful place to meet friends. The food was good as usual. The waitress was very helpful and keep coming back to see if we needed anything.
