    The brisket sandwich was quite good. Beware when the menu says Market Price. I should have asked what the market price was for the brisket sandwich. The sandwich, a cup of Mac & cheese and a drink was $17. While it was very good it was more than I'm willing to spend.

    We love this place! Meat is tender and moist, with the brisket and rib tips being our favorite. Sauces are yummy! Elotes and macaroni and cheese were good and the corn bread was delicious....could eat it for dessert. I don't know how anyone would give it one star. There wasn't anything I had that I didn't like. At this point, I think we have tried all of the meat options. Eat here!

    Changing my review from a 1 to a 4 as they have really good bbq! Michelle helped me out this evening and was pretty knowlegable about the restaurant and the different types of food that they offer. Michelle was very kind when placing my order which I had ordered 1/2 lb rib tips and 1/2 lb spare ribs and a side of baked beans that has delicious pork belly in it. This is very delicious and as I was about to drive off she had caught me and brought the beans out to my car which I had almost left behind:) Just wish that Fat Cap would lighten up on the black pepper that they season their meats with. If they would do this they would definitely be 5 stars in my book!

    This food was excellent! The owner was very pleasant and explained the ingredients of the side dishes so that I knew what I could and could not eat! I had the pulled pork and it was AMAZING!!! I will definitely return and bring friends!! 5 STARS WELL DESERVED!!!

    It was great! Lots of customers but we were served fast and wonderful service and even better the food was Fantastic...my daughter ordered the smoked chicken sandwich and I ordered the rib tips YUMMO...We will go back!!!! Gwen
