“Amazingly tender chicken. Ordered the General Tso's l, it was hands down the best the wife and I have ever had. The skin was crisp, not crunchy or rubbery like its been heated up in a microwave and the chicken itself was so moist and tender I was able to cut through it with a plastic fork.. Sauce was excellent and onions were not overcooked.”

“Fresh! Fresh! Fresh! It's my new all time favorite Chinese buffet. I believe it is under relatively new management, the same management that owns New China on Ireland road, my other favorite buffet. What I personally love about this place is the number of vegetable dishes that are offered: green beans, steamed cabbage, steamed bean sprouts and an offering of other steamed veggies mixed together. The only meat dish I tried was the fried chicken, and it was delicious. It's a busy place, a testament to the fresh quality of the food.”

“This place was clean, staff was pleasant and food was good. The lunch special has a good value when you upgrade to a blizzard. I didn't use their restroom but assumed it was clean and fully stocked. Make sure if you are dining in and don't want a milkshake that you ask them to make your frozen treat after the meal. If not they will make it first and have it melting and stick it into the freezer to refreeze it!”

“This McDonald's used to be awful. Long wait times, careless staff. But something must have changed in the last year and a half, because I was really pleased with the quick service and the helpful staff the last couple of times I went there. They have a nice play place, although the tables for eating families are WAY too close together and if you sit at the only open table, the family next to you is likely to give you the stink eye even though that's entirely unreasonable of them. The downside to this McDonald's is that they have self-help kiosks and they REALLLY want you to use them. As a person who likes to limit my human interactions in a day, I LOVE the trend towards ordering kiosks. But, it is frustrating when the friend I'm meeting comes in juggling several kids and the employees are trying to push her to juggle the ordering kiosk as well. The kiosk is a hassle when you're trying to handle little ones, just let the woman order how she wants to order - at the counter, where the employees will punch in the order for her instead of making her do it for them while they stand watching over her shoulder. I'm taking a star off for that rubbish, but if my parent friends were doing the rating, I know they would take off more. Also, what it with the weird, caged, pogo stick contraption in your play place? A child is going to get seriously injured one of these days.”

“We went to Macadoo’s before a long road trip, there was nothing more satisfying than their yummy brunch! (The restaurant is easily accessible, 18 mins drive from South Bend.) We tried their daily special lemon meringue pancakes with sausages and eggs, Southern omelette with onion/sausages/cheese, and biscuits in sausage gravy. Oh and fruits on the side to maintain a healthy diet:) All the dishes were super tasty!!! and the price is more than reasonable, perfect value!! would love to return and highly recommend to anyone in that neighborhood.”
