“The Kat A Korner Diner was a Historical Landmark in our Community. It Burnt Down in November of 2018. They are in the process of rebuilding at this time. The tentative Grand re-opening is in mid-april. I'm sure the food will be better than ever and the new build is going to be a great addition to the City of Sullivan committee. We are looking forward to many more years of great service and incredible food from the Kat A Korner Diner.”

“I posted the hours in one of my pics because when it first opened they changed their hours a lot. I liked the chicken tenders and price was okay. It's the only restaurant in the town and they do a lot to support their community and those nearby. One of the cooks didn't know my hat was a Cubs hat, but I don't know that I can fault the station for that. Atmosphere is nice and appropriate for children. Haven't tried the breakfast food, but I hear it's pretty busy in the mornings.”

“We took our 12 year old grandson for Meleah's Friday night catfish. The fish was good, with a lightly seasoned breading. There were several sides to choose from. We chose French fries for the guys, a baked potato for me, salads for my husband and me, and baked beans for our grandson. There were no complaints.”

“I told my high school students if they passed their state mandated test that I would personally by each of them a pizza. These kids have been through a lot and when they delivered and passed their test, I reached out to the manager of this Dominoes and they discounted my price. You better believe these kids were pretty excited when they each got their own LARGE pizza delivered to the school during their lunch period. As far as Dominoes goes, this place is pretty fast. Their cheesy bread is one of my nephew's favorites. Prices are fairly reasonable and there is some indoor seating.”

“I love burger king so I'm still giving 3 stars however after we said we wanted whip cream on our shake and the female manager -who had a coat on so we couldn't see her name tag -put it on the shake and also got some whip cream on her hand. “This Hardee's sells tacos. I've been to a lot of these chains, but I didn't know this was an option in some places. Anyway, the service here is friendly and efficient. They also have a special sauce that I'll have to come back and edit this post when I remember the name, but the girls working the drive thru will know what you're wanting... I use it for my fries, but I think some use for dipping their chicken. Anyway, you can't really beat the $5-$6 box deal. Oh, and their milkshakes... are pretty decent.”
