    An 'authentic kitchen' is not as fast as a franchise or big name Mexican restaurant, but the food is 100% authentic and tastes like Mexican Grandma's food.

    Very nice ice cream. BTW, they told us they are about to open a new restaurant, and this place will be dessert only.

    Great food and service, there chicken empanadas are great, and loved the torta. I recommend getting the mixture of pork and steak. Reasonably priced and in my opinion a cozy atmosphere.

    When I travel with my hubby, I try to seek out small mom/pop type places to eat. I was going to another restaurant when I came upon Mango Loco. This is legit, authentic. The verde sauce has a bite to it, and makes the enchiladas that much better. Plus they are homemade corn tortillas. The beans are perfectly done with that "made with love taste". Rice is always tricky at restaurants, but when rice pops open then I know it will be good. This was a happy mistake and the the staff was so friendly so that was a bonus.
