My favorite restaurant while school is in session. I eat here at least once a week. Authentic Chinese (not Chinese American) food that reminds me of home. Their spicy dishes aren't too spicy, and are just right for me. I've ordered a good number of things from the menu and there's only one dish I don't like, that says a lot considering their menu is extensive. Service is good and friendly - they're willing to answer any questions about the food and for suggestions.
I've been here on so many different occasions and have ordered something new each time. Sichuan House has consistently served me with great food. My favorites: the oxtail soup, beef hotpot H08 and H09 (if you want it a little spicy). Absolutely delightful!
Great food! The host/manager on duty took time to ask what we had a taste for and suggest alternatives to what we were going to order. Everything that we ended up with was better than expected! The curried lamb, eggplant in garlic sauce, bok choy, and seafood... something or other was all on point. Quick service but not rushed. Great taste. Will return again.
After having my first dinner in Sichuan House, I found more reasons to admire Chinese cuisine. We were a company of 8, ordered 8 different dishes and shared everything among us. The servings are huge, and the quality is very good. I hopefully l strongly suggest you try them, I doubt that you'd be disappointed.
Very authentic. I had beef hot pot with spicy broth and it was tasty. Dumpling appetizer was good too! If you don't want to order off of the "American" part of the menu, I would recommend dining with someone who has experience with Chinese food!
